Roman Reigns Potential Matches For Money In The Bank 2023
Is London ready to the Tribal Chief?
Roman Reigns is scheduled to be at the Money In The Bank premium live event that will take place at the O2 Arena in London, England. So far, there hasn’t really been word on who will be facing him.
The Tribal Chief is currently feuding with his own Bloodline member Jimmy and Jey Uso.
The writing is on the wall right now. It’s obvious that we’re gonna get a match between someone in the Bloodline. But, who? or is this all a lie and they’re just steering us in the wrong direction?
With Money In The Bank just on the horizon. The WWE Universe is eagerly waiting to see who Roman will face and/or will it be for his championship.
Roman Reigns Vs Jimmy Uso
This specific one is a long time in the making. Jimmy was the first member of the Bloodline to really start heating up the Tribal Chief. If it wasn’t for Jimmy, the downward spiral of the Bloodline wouldn’t have begun in the first place.
With tensions rising to an all time high in the circle, there’s no doubt Jimmy would be the one to step up to Roman and challenge him for the championship.
To say the least, Jimmy has been overshadowed in his time with the Bloodline, his brother Jey seems to be the only one getting the spotlight lately.
Jimmy has the opportunity to shine bright and see if he could be the one to end Roman’s title reign.
This could easily be a chance for Jimmy to even go solo if WWE chooses to. Even though it would kinda mark the end of the Bloodline storyline. It could add another chapter here.
Adding more to the story, we could see Jey turn on his brother and make it a two-way storyline. Jimmy versus his brother Jey and against the Bloodline.
Roman Reigns Vs Jey Uso
This already happened and came to an interesting conclusion. When Roman was starting to dominate the WWE. He demanded for Jey to fall in line and join him. After multiple encounters, Jey finally gave in and joined his family.
Jey Uso is a KEY ROLE in Roman Reign’s present conquers.
Now the tables have turned. Jey seems to be the one on the edge, while before Jimmy was the one trying to convince Jey that he needed to respect the Tribal Chief. It’s all coming full circles now.
Jey doesn’t know whether to be with his own brother or be with Roman Reigns, both of which might be showing him false hope for that matter.
In this specific match, they could add a stipulation to really heat things up.
If Roman wins, Jey would be FORCED to keep his allegiance to the Bloodline and will not have any contact with his brother Jimmy. Roman Reigns can do anything he can to Jimmy and Jey can’t stop it or he is gone from WWE.
This will showcase Jey Uso as a potential main eventer and push him to the top of the list all the while pushing forward the Bloodline story in a new direction that wouldn’t feel repetitve.
Roman Reigns & Solo Sikoa Vs The Usos
This one seems to be the most obvious one to happen.
With all the blood boiling and tension growing on a weekly basis within the Bloodline. Solo Sikoa has been the one to really be by Roman’s side. He has stated his place within the family and pays no attention to those who disagree.
Solo has tried to convince both the Usos to keep their heads down low and keep their allegiance to Roman Reigns. Because of Roman they wouldn’t be where they are today.
This tag team match would have immense stakes on hand. Both battling for bragging rights, both have something to prove, both want to shut the other down. This match could easily turn into a “Anarchy In The Arena” match, if so chosen to.
This would be the perfect main event for the premium live event.
The twist and turns that could happen here are more than a handful. Solo can join the Usos, Roman’s by himself, or even Paul Heyman could join the Usos and leave Roman in the dust.
Solo could be only in on this because he wants to learn Roman’s weaknesses and challenge him for the championship.
