MJF is the best heel in decades

With the recent “pipebomb” That MJF dropped on AEW Dynamite, it had me wondering if this was real-life or just a spot. Because MJF sounded incredibly convicing in his promo. Which is a good thing.

This whole MJF Vs Tony Khan gets more interesting by the days.

MJF is probably if not one of the best heels we’ve had in decades. He’s one of the only wrestlers right now that take Kayfabe serious.

If you ever meet him in person, I’m sure you won’t have a good time (that’s the point). He will stay in character and be the asshole that he is on T.V. You meet him at the airport, he’s gonna be bad. You meet him at a signing, he’s going to be an asshole to you. You meet him at a coffee shop, he might just throw his coffee at you for disturbing him.

Now…is whole thing a work or real?

I can’t say.

I love how I can’t pin-point the exact answer in all this. That’s the beautiful of this whole ordeal. One minute I think it’s just a work and Tony and MJF are milking the hell out of this storyline, on the other hand MJF can seriously be fed up with AEW and Tony Khan.

It can easily be both ways.

MJF did make a very good point during his pipebomb, where he named WWE superstars who are coming into AEW and getting the glory and belts. While he’s been there since day one and honestly speaking, he hasn’t won a damn belt. Which is borderline criminal.

This man deserves the AEW World Title.

As they always say, when it comes to promos in sports entertainment, there’s always some sort of truth behind the words. Meaning, something can be written for you, but you squeeze in a bit of yourself, making the promo more real.

Now, I’m not saying that the pipebomb was written by anyone. I do believe that MJF thought about what to say and delivered it with such passion that it sent goosebumps down your spine.

AEW removed MJF from the roster and removed his merch from their store.

Again, work or real life?

Tony and MJF could easily be taking this so far as to think Tony Khan hired a hitman to get MJF or so far that they can say that MJF grabbed Tony by the shirt and threw him to the wall. They could post a video that “leaked” on the internet and go from there.

If this is a work, I think MJF won best actor of the year, and Tony Khan won best promotor of the year.

The storyline has us guessing, and looking for small clues, looking for answers that may never come. It’s crazy how it’s only been maybe a month or two of this going on and it’s the best thing in wrestling today. I’m always looking forward to the next Dynamite episode to see what’s next.

If it’s real life

Then…Tony Khan might be losing one of his best people.

There’s been many reports that MJF is looking to get into WWE. Vince MCMahon himself is actually impressed with the way MJF carries himself and thinks he would have a great future in the company.

Vince is seeing it from the outside, not from the inside.

What if MJF is too difficult to work with? Too demanding? Vince would have another 90’s Shawn Michaels in his hand, and I don’t think he’s up for that.

Vince is ready to offer MJF a lucrative contract and he might just get it if things in AEW just crumble down further.

Where is this going?

No one knows but MJF and it’s going to stay that way.

Who knows how far he’s gonna take this feud. I can imagine that it will be a “Stone Cold” walkout and he will never look back.

Should MJF Join WWE?

That’s a hard one.

WWE?

One minute he can be the hottest ticket in town. They put him in the main event and might give him a World Title run, and the next Vince loses his hype for him and MJF just fall down to being a mid-card wrestler.

He might be seeing how Cody Rhoades came back from AEW and he’s getting quite the spotlight.

Stay In AEW?

Then again…what sort of championship run as he gotten in AEW?

He’s really just been killing it in promos and having a pretty big feud with Wardlow. But with that ending after Double Or Nothing, I don’t know who else he could feud with besides this “storyline”.

The history of Vince losing interesting in his guys fast is in a league of its own.

Which is why I think MJF shouldn’t go to WWE. He might he will get the royal treatment and kinda have an edge in the company because in his eyes Vince just “took” one of Tony Khan’s best men.

He shouldn’t have that mindset, but he will, he’s MJF.
