Who will get inducted?

One of the most exciting parts of the road to Wrestlemania is predicting who will be inducted into the Hall Of Fame. With thousands of wrestlers who have been involved in the industry, it’s almost a gamble on who they pick.

Let’s take a look at who else deserves a spot in the Hall Of Fame.

Bam Bam Bigelow

Bam Bam Bigelow is known by all wrestling fans. He’s one of those figures that you wouldn’t expect much from, but he always surprised you with how lucid he moved in the ring.

He has a signature style that makes you see him from miles away. From his flame attire to the flame tattoo on his head. He had his own style that made him different from the roster at the time.

He’s worked in every major promotion, from WWE, to ECW, to WCW, to New Japan Pro Wrestling.

Bam Bam is probably best known for his Wrestlemania match against NFL legend Lawrence Taylor. Which became a media sensation at the time.

The Great Muta

This might be a bit of a controversial one. He has “disgraced himself from wrestling with a few comments he made. Maybe he shouldn’t be in a position to offend an entire commnuity.

With that being said, he has multiple titles won in WWE during his time.

He’s on his way to retire and this may be the perfect way to go out. He had a cool look to him. He blew mist from his mouth, he probably has the BEST moonsault in all of wrestling.

Vince McMahon

Could this happen? Yes. Will it happen? I wouldn’t be surprised.

As sad as it might sound, WWE and the world celebrated the day that Vince left the company. Many reports have said that the vibe in the locker room is much mellow and the direction the company is going is a at a much better level.

Vince might have his own real-life demons but he was one hell of a business man in his time. He took WWE to new heights and knew what was best for business. He put himself on T.V and got kicked around by his employees (as part of storylines).

He created some of the most memorable characters ever. He’s had one of the best feuds in wrestling history (him and Stone Cold).

Cyndi Lauper

She could easily be the celebrity inductee this year.

She made her appearance at Wrestlemania 1 and set a media storm for WWE to get full publicity to the broader audience.

Her time in WWE is very brief and she doesn’t habe much of a body of work to show, but she did her thing and did it well.

Victoria

This has been LONG overdue.

Victoria made her debut in the company as one of Godfather’s “Hoes”. She quickly left that behind her and made her comeback as this psycho-violent women who wanted nothing more than to inflict pain on her opponents.

She quickly made an impact when she started to feud with Trish Stratus, which is a VERY underrated feud in WWE. They had quite the violent matches throughout the years.

No one really talks about the impact she made for women’s wrestling during the Ruthless Aggression Era. She was well respected in the locker room. She ALWAYS put younger talent over such as Mickie James, Bella Twins, and Michelle McCool.

William Regal

One of the most underrated figures in wrestling history!

He has had one of the lengthiest runs in WWE. He never really won any major WWE titles in his career. But he has won the Intercontinental Championship and European Championship and Tag Team Championship.

William is a one of the greatest trainer in wrestling also. He’s trained the likes of CM Punk, Daniel Bryan, Cesaro, Jon Moxley, etc. Believe it or not he’s also influenced people like Triple H.

He’s also instrumental into the launch of NXT. Where WWE trains the next generations of wrestlers.

Finlay

Fit Finlay has wrestled all over the world. He honed his talents while working for his fathers local promotion, the tough Irishman would go throughout all of Europe and WCW to showcase his talent.

He spent a few years in WCW wher ehe won the Television championship and was a mainstay in the hardcore division.

When WWE purchased WCW in 2001, he started working as a trainer and producer. He passed on his knowledge of the game to the younger talent, which would’ve been an honor to hear.

Finlay made his in-ring comeback in the mid 2000’s. He didn’t win any major belts but he sure raised some hell in the Money In The Bank Ladder Matches.

Finlay is also very responsible for the evolution of the women’s division in WWE. He made it a point to make women’s wrestling on-par with the men. He didn’t want the showcase “hotness” to the masses, he wanted to showcase the amazing talent these women have.

Under his guidance the “divas” Trish Stratus and Lita evolved into bona fide main event wrestlers.
