AEW Giving Us Violence

Wrestling is notorious with the word “violence”

The blood, the violence, the crazy stunts, it’s all in the realm of professional wrestling. It’s what we look forward to when we see the competitors in the ring.

Although we now barely get any violence from certain companies.

AEW is filling in that void.

They have had tremendous success over the years. From signing big named wrestlers to giving us exciting Pay-Per-Views. They have been on a roll and I hope they continue to become bigger by the years.

AEW isn’t afraid to show some blood. Which is what I love about it. It’s probably weird that I miss seeing people bleed, but whatever. I’m used to it. Before seeing blood on a weekly basis was just the norm.

Barbed-Wire deathmatch

The crazy stunts that AEW has been able to produce is mind-blowing. Excluding the now infamous Exploding Barbed-Wire match. That’s something for another day.

But, from throwing their superstars off the entrance ramp to a table or creating knee braces with thumbtacks. It’s just wow’s me how creative they can get.

Lucha Bro Vs Young Bucks Cage Match

Lucha Bros Vs Young Bucks steel cage match I think reinvented what the steel cage can be for this generation. It was a long match. But, I didn’t feel it drag on. It kept building and building until all the crazy leaps from the top of the cage came and of course the blood. It was a10/10 match for me.

That’s because they allow their wrestlers to come up with ideas instead of having to bring it up to an executive and wait for a response from the big boss.

Tony Khan is smart. He knows we long for this kind of stuff. He sees that the competition isn’t raking in the moments we want to see. He takes advantage of that and thinks about maybe how he could push the envelope even further.

I’d expect that they will continue to bring us the action and think of new ways to get the crowd popping.
